Cancellation Policy
Our aim at Velses is to provide a quick and easy buying experience. But we are aware that plans can alter at any time. Please read our cancellation policy below if you must cancel your order. This Policy Is valid for the United Kingdom.
Cancellation Window
After placing your order, you have two hours to cancel it. Due to our rapid order fulfillment procedure, we might not be able to handle your cancellation after this window.
To cancel, just send an email to support@velses.com as soon as you can. To speed up the cancellation process, be sure to provide your order number and other pertinent information.
After the Cancellation Window
We are unable to cancel orders after the two-hour timeframe has elapsed since they might have already been processed or dispatched. However, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, you can still return the items when they arrive.
Address Errors
We will try our best to update the delivery address before the shipment is shipped if you made a mistake and notify us within the two-hour cancellation window. Following the two-hour timeframe, the client is responsible for correcting the address and will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for returns or rerouting.
